Diesel Electric Hybrid Bus with a Cycle Rack

This is a diesel electric hybrid coach with the added benefit of a front end cycle rack, in Sarasota County, Florida, USA, not Italy as you might think. Why can't we have more of these ? The cost of each bus is $500,000 when they normally cost $300,000 which might explain why.
